Product & Pricing
- We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders.
- Colors and design may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & holidays).
- Delivery timelines depend on your location (Metro: 3–4 working days, Non-Metro: 5–8 working days).
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss
All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation
Our return and exchange process is outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a request. Key points:
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition with tags & packaging
- Custom or prescription sunglasses are non-returnable
- First exchange is free; subsequent exchanges have a handling fee
- Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch of order

All images, product designs, logos, and content on our site are the property of VisionWault or its partners and protected by copyright & trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
